When will my order ship?
Orders with in-stock items will ship within 3-5 business days (excluding holidays). White Glove and Large freight items may take additional time. Once your order has shipped you will receive proper tracking information.
Can I modify an order that has already been placed?
If your order has not shipped, please contact customercare@offwhitepalette.com within 24 hours.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time we do not offer shipping outside of the US. To arrange international delivery we recommend using a freight forwarding company that will ship internationally. Please note customers are responsible for all import taxes, duties, carrier fees, and customs declarations.
