Shipping policy

We offer shipping for orders within the 48 contiguous states and Canada. Orders that contain in-stock inventory will be processed and handled within 5-10 business days varies between domestic and curbside deliveries, excluding holidays. Please keep in mind that shipping rates are determined based on the original retail price or the full order value.  

We understand that White Glove Deliveries may not be the most accommodating option for all of your customers. For this reason we offer curbside delivery for items of certain shapes, larger sizes and weights are required to ship by a 3rd party freight carrier. When placing an order for an item that ships via freight carrier you will be notified in advance of delivery. Please note, items shipping by freight are for curbside/driveway delivery only. 

White Glove Deliveries:

We offer White Glove Delivery (inside delivery) on most items, please add this upgrade to your purchase as you check out or contact us before or after making your purchase for associated costs. To ensure a successful delivery, please consult our customer care team to confirm that all furniture items will fit through any access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators and around corners into the desired location.   • Scheduling your delivery: You will be contacted when your items are ready and prompted to schedule your delivery. At the time of scheduling, please notify Off-White Palette of any special delivery requirements. This includes, but is not limited to, the need for small trucks to navigate narrow roads and driveways, restricted delivery time frames due to local ordinances, gated entry access, proof of insurance for high rise and condominium buildings, multiple flights of stairs and service elevator reservations.
  • Delivery Day: Our White Glove Delivery Professionals will carefully unpack and inspect each item and assemble and place it in your room of choice. For your convenience, all packing materials will be removed. We ask that you inspect your item(s) before our delivery professionals leave your home.
 Please keep in mind that Furniture and other oversized items have extended processing and delivery times. The shipping time frame presented on each product reflects the estimated processing time before the item leaves our warehouse, estimated ship dates all are subject to change. Once items are in transit, they may take an additional 1-4 weeks for the item to make it to your home. After the item reaches your local area, the delivery company will contact you via phone, email or text to schedule your White Glove delivery date and time that works for you. Most carriers schedule deliveries Monday through Friday between the hours of 9-5. Rural and island deliveries have limited routes and delivery times may take longer than usual. 

What is your shipping time frame?

For in stock items standard domestic shipping we aim for our shipping to be no longer than 5-7 days in route, with proper protective packing. Handling/Fulfillment is 3-7 days.

For in stock furniture items, shipping times vary, please email customercare@offwhitepalette.com for accurate time frames. 

Please note, estimated ship dates all are subject to change. In-stock items lead times are also subject to delays due to the high volume of orders. Our team will communicate updates on backordered or delayed items through a status update. All backordered or delayed items are eligible for cancellation before your order is queued for shipment. Once your order has been queued for shipment, no changes (e.i. address, quantity, cancellation) may be made to the order. 

Do you ship outside of the USA?

Yes, some of our items are eligible to ship internationally, this varies depending on the size and fragile nature of the item. 

International Orders are subject to higher shipping rates. 

Please note: All international shipments may be randomly chosen for inspection. The receipt of an international shipment is thus subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are imposed once the shipment reaches clearance. Potential charges for a customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. 

I’ve placed my order but I need to change my address, what can I do?

Please email our Off-White Palette Team at customercare@offwhitepalette.com with your address change as soon as possible. Please note: if the item has shipped, it is outside of our control.
